Your Role

The ILS section within the Electronic Warfare product area in Solna is looking for an experienced logistics analyst/ILS engineer who wants to be part of an engaged and supportive team. We have an open work climate where collaboration, curiosity, and knowledge sharing are central. Together, we work to optimize our products throughout their lifecycle - for the benefit of the customer.

In this role, you will work broadly within Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and contribute to developing and improving technical systems and their support solutions. The work takes place in various types of projects, both for new and existing products, and you will drive your work independently or in teams in close collaboration with others.

Examples of tasks:

• ILS analyses (Functional Safety, Testability, Maintainability)
• FMECA
• FRACAS
• Spare parts optimization
• Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Life Support Cost (LSC)
• LSAR (Logistics Support Analysis Record)
• Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)
• Maintenance concepts and maintenance planning
• Identify customer needs and planning of ILS sub-projects
• Requirements management, interpretation of system and customer requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for an engineer with a technical background and an interest in analysis and problem-solving. You thrive both in independent work and teamwork, are structured and quality-conscious, and are used to having many points of contact. You enjoy working with details but can also see the bigger picture.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the ILS and logistics analysis area
• At least 3 years of experience as an engineer or other work experience in maintenance technology, production technology, electrical design, or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in projects
• An interest in technology and analysis

Preferred experiences:

• A background in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of ASD S3000L or other specifications in the S-series, MIL-STD-1629A, and MIL-HDBK-217F
• Experience with ILS analyses and tools (Windchill Risk & Reliability, OPUS, etc.)
• Experience from the aerospace or defense industry
• An interest in a future role as a technical leader, team leader, and/or project manager
